Dr Harkesh Sandhu
Board-certified physician specializing in aesthetic and wellness medicine, Dr. Sandhu brings over a decade of clinical expertise to Inspire Laser Aesthetics. He has spent many years diagnosing and treating complex skin, body-and-wellness cases in hospital and outpatient settings, giving him a unique foundation of medical rigor and patient care.
At Inspire, Dr. Sandhu leads every treatment plan with the same high standards he applied in clinical medicine: precision, safety, and customized care. His medical background means he understands how skin, body systems, and wellness intersect, from laser resurfacing and tattoo removal to IV nutrition and weight-management therapies.
Under his leadership, Inspire uses state-of-the-art technology such as the Fotona laser system, and every service is grounded in medical integrity and holistic results. Ronni possesses extensive experience as an advanced injector and laser provider, backed by over 20 years as a nurse practitioner. Her career in the medical field began in 2002 after earning a bachelor's degree in nursing from St. Mary's College in Moraga, CA. She initially worked in ER/trauma, simultaneously pursuing a master's degree in nursing/FNP program at Samuel Merritt University.
Ronni's passion for nursing is evident in her diverse career, which includes roles as a travel trauma nurse and nursing supervisor, alongside her dedication to continuous learning and practice in aesthetic medicine. Presently, Ronni thrives in the fields of aesthetics, plastics, and dermatology, collaborating with some of the top doctors and surgeons nationwide.
Tammy Schmidt

Tammy has been a licensed esthetician since 2014, with over 11 years of experience in professional skincare and 4 years as an esthetician educator. After years assisting patients in a medical clinic, she founded her own skincare practice and now brings her expertise to the team at Inspire Laser Aesthetics.
Certified as an Oncology Skincare Specialist, she is passionate about providing safe, results-driven treatments for all skin types, including those affected by cancer. Dedicated to health, wellness, and lifelong learning, she blends advanced skincare techniques with a holistic approach that enhances both appearance and overall well-being.
Her treatments are as luxurious as they are effective, helping clients feel confident in their skin.
